buyer infulence not fullfilled by Snapdeal

 








 i bought these product, couple of days earlier, as you can clearly see, there is a offer on these products, you will be reciving a free deer journal, with the products mentioned above, they also put snaps of the freebie, however, today i got the product, but they were not good on their promise and the free deer journal was missing, however i raised a complaint with them, this was thier reply

so i wrote this see, i know you all are just making this up , i am supposed to
  • Get a free Limited Edition Deer Journal with this product! as it was shown at the time to purchase,however if it is not in your current record , then why are you still showing the same on your product page, that you will receive this along the pack of three books, you also have photos of the same along with the actual product, however i suggest you make your promise good, or i am raising a complaint with consumer forum, cause  two years back you did the same thing, last time, when i bought bath salt, so please this issue is arised due to mistake on your side not mine, how ever thank you, as you gave me a idea that while buying take a snaps of every thing , specially , when it comes to snapdeal,

so you can see how they cheat you, this is called influencing the buyer, by giving away free a similar product, however not giving the freebie, it is not about a free book or something free, it is about  a e retailer making a promise , which he does not fullfillso in other words "Jago Gharhak Jago".

if i may suggest you go with core, once such a website try to screw me, i wrote to core, they intervened, and i got my money back.
